Townhome for Sale in Nashville’s Regency Park
UPDATE 11/17/2016 – THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN SOLD!
What is it that “they” say is most important in real estate?
Of course – the old adage – location, location, location.
Well, my newest listing in Nashville’s Regency Park has the location and so much more!
First, some information about Regency Park. Approximately 0.8 miles to the I-440 on ramp at West End, this designated arboretum complex has 50 townhomes of varying sizes and layouts. What I personally have always loved about these townhomes is that most of them feature an atrium, which provides a lovely courtyard setting in the center of the living space. This not only provides an oasis for the homeowner, but also lots of natural lighting into both stories!
Tucked away off of Woodlawn, the first thing you notice is how private the whole complex is. You have to be LOOKING for the entrance to actually find it! Upon pulling in, you then have to strain your eyes past the individual carports to find the number of the townhome you’re looking for.
Upon entering the condo, a nice Entry Hallway with coat closet greets you and leads you to the main living spaces.
The Dining Room is the first room you come to. You can really treat this as a semi-formal OR a formal dining room, as it has qualities to support either use. This room also provides your first glimpse of the central atrium, which continually provides lots of natural lighting throughout the townhouse.
A second view of the Dining Room:
If you turn to the right while standing in the Dining Room, a doorway to the Kitchen invites you in.
I tried to put in all of the details in the photo captions, but, in case you missed them, here goes:
- Refaced Kitchen Cabinets
- Dupont Zodiac Blue Quartz Countertops
- Stainless Steel Backsplash
- Gas Range
- Double Oven
- Roll-out Drawers in Lower Cabinets
- Laundry Closet
- Mondo rubber floors
- Kitchen Door to exterior
In addition to the Dining Room and Kitchen, there is also a Living Room on the main level. The living room has tall ceilings, hardwood floors, a gas fireplace and provides access to two outdoor spaces, the Atrium and the Back Patio.
Now, be still my heart! In my “wildest dream home”, I have a courtyard. This atrium functions as just that, is accessible from both the Dining Room and Living Room and is so serene!
Longing for a bit more outdoor space? No problem! Here is the back patio, located off the Living Room:
Now let’s head upstairs!
The largest of the 3 bedrooms upstairs is the Master Suite. A long, narrow, triple-closeted (is that a word?) hallway beckons you in.
At the end of the hallway is the Master Bath.
Or, if you turn to the right, you enter the Master Bedroom, replete with windows (natural lighting!) and many more closets!
Two other bedrooms (did I mention the entire upstairs has brand new carpet?):
And then there is the second full bath upstairs:
Those are all of the rooms for this townhome in Nashville’s Regency Park complex, with the exception of a couple of closets and a half bath.
There is a Homeowner’s Association, which is currently $283/month. It covers all of the grounds maintenance, maintenance of the exterior of the units, trash collection, insurance and also maintenance on the pool.
Ah yes, the pool:
