Although Oak Hill did not have but 5 sales in Quarter 1 of 2016, we (I say we because this is where I reside) did have one of the highest sales prices per square foot of all of the market reports that I do. (!)

I don’t think it should go unnoticed that a property on Elysian Fields had the highest sales price.  Even with its closer proximity to I-65, the “other side” of Franklin Road is becoming quite popular and desirable.  And why not?  The yards are nice and big (not to mention beautiful), and it’s ten minutes to downtown Nashville via 8th Ave.!
