The current active listings in Oak Hill range in price from $309,900 to nearly $5M – a price range for almost everybody! 

I have been impressed with the swift response that Oak Hill showed during the Nashville Flood 2010.  I know that here on Glendale Lane, the damaged pavement at Curtiswood and Glendale was fixed within a week or two and I also saw that the City of Oak Hill donated $750k to Radnor Park.
