If you are a follower of my blog, then you know that I did not blog much during the month of February and for quite a bit of March!  This is due to a LOT of activity in the market lately!  That’s right – this Oak Hill based Realtor can honestly say that there’s been a lot of work to do! 

If you are an Oak Hill resident, don’t forget to write in 1907 on your tax return!  This is the four-digit location code which will allow the City of Oak Hill to receive its due portion of the tax money (per our Oak Hill newsletter for March 2010).

Here’s to hoping that more Oak Hill home sales will increase in March 2010 and a big “WELCOME!” to our newest residents!
