Middle Tennessee Golf Course Neighborhoods – Part 1
As I watched the snow falling and slid around on the ice last week, I could not help but long for the beautiful weather and scenery of spring. And, if you’re an avid golfer, I know you’re anticipating it as well. If you are wanting to live on a golf course, let me be your guide. Over the next few months I will be highlighting subdivisions and neighborhoods in or near some of Middle Tennessee’s premier golf courses.
First up is The Governor’s Club. A private club located in Brentwood, it offers a clubhouse, an Arnold Palmer Signature golf course, preferred access to Pleasant Hill Mansion, as well as a swimming pool and delicious cuisine. If you love history, The Governor’s Club is definitely the place for you. Featuring over 200 beautiful acres, this property remained in the same family for almost two centuries. The original log cabin and the incredible antebellum mansion are still on the property and protected as loving assets of The Governor’s Club.
Offering one of the premier golf courses in Middle Tennessee, it also features several phases of homes, including existing homes and lots available for your custom build. This gated community affords privacy that you may want or need. Homes are currently available in The Governor’s Club subdivision, starting in the mid-700s.
