Downtown Nashville condo sales are UP!

 WOW – check out all of the downtown Nashville condo sales for the month of October 2009!  35!!! 

Ranging in price from $64k to $434k, these condo sales reflect a couple of things:  1.  the push towards the original ending date of the first time buyers tax credit and 2.  the trend of living in downtown Nashville!

A large percentage of these downtown Nashville condo sales were at the Velocity in the Gulch, who cleverly offered to match the $8k tax credit as an incentive to purchase.
