Compared with last month’s downtown Nashville Condo Market Report, this market report shows a small decline in condo sales.  Let’s hope that after June 30th passes (the last day to be able to close in order to be able to obtain the first time buyer tax credit) the downtown Nashville condo market stays healthy!
