WOW, what a huge difference in sales from last month’s market report on Downtown Nashville Condos to this month!!!

New on the board this month is Terrazzo – and then we had the regulars like the Viridian, Bristol on Broadway, the Rutledge House, 3rd and Harrison (Harrison Square), and 807 18th.

Downtown Nashville continues to become a hipper place to live – it seems that almost every day I talk to someone who has an interest in living downtown.  There are several cool loft places to pick from, a renovated 1800’s building, and then there are the newer “highrise” types of places that offer loads of amenities and easy access to all things fun and groovy, like the Titans Stadium, 2nd Avenue, and lots of clubs and restaurants!
