The Icon in the Gulch Condo Sales totally dominated the Downtown Nashville Condo Market during the January and February 2010 months.  I’m really glad to see so many condo sales in downtown Nashville;  however, given the recent auctions and our continued slow market, I still question whether or not these condos will hold their value in the short term (3-5 years).  I do think that in the long run (10+ years) they will be fine.  Just be sure to make a sensible decision when determining which unit and which building to purchase in!
