The condos in this Comparable Market Analysis were located in Bennie Dillon Condos, Morgan Park Place, Harrison Square (which was a short sale), Ambrose Condo (foreclosure), Viridian (foreclosure), and another one at Harrison Square. 

One thing I have personally noticed is that builders and developers have been offering some nice incentives, as well as reductions in price to move their available units, so if you are currently looking into buying a condo in downtown Nashville or in the Gulch, then it is a good time!
