Wow, Brentwooders!  Brentwood East of I-65 continues to be a hotbed activity.  The December 2014 market report shows 33% of the houses that closed in December 2014 were on the market for under a week!  The hottest selling markets were Cromwell, Morgan Farms, and Taramore.  While Brentwood new construction is definitely moving and shaking, existing homes still accounted for 60% of the December 2014 sales.  With an average price of close to $700,000, Brentwood still offers a lot of bang for the buck. 

The December 2014 activity was so high, the market report had to be split!  The averages and medians reflect the entire report.  This is the report for homes under that sold for under $600,000 in December 2014, all of which were existing homes.
