Nashville’s 12th South continues to be a popular place to move and new construction is the product of choice!  Looking at the data from this Market Report… 3 homes from this list of 20 were built before 2000.  Three.  So if you currently live in 12th South in an older home and you need to move, then tear that home down, build two and cash out!  That is, if you’re not in the overlay.
