In the snow and ice of February, the 12 South area of town had two closings.  The homes averaged 2,206 square feet.  The homes that sold in February ran the gamut of years built, with one a charming bungalow from 1930 and the other a modern brand new construction completed in 2014.  12 South continues to have fast closings, averaging 43 days but with one home closing in just 2 days!
