About Emily Lowe

Native Nashvillian

2nd Generation Realtor

The single most important factor to consider when choosing a Realtor is finding one that knows the market. Growing up in Nashville has allowed me to provide unique insights for my clients during their property searches.  I understand not only the neighborhoods, towns, and cities, but also how the real estate market is performing in those areas.  I use my knowledge of Nashville and Middle Tennessee to help my clients make informed decisions.

One of the things I enjoy most about real estate in Nashville is the process of matching clients with the right property.  My clients become my friends.  I am extremely loyal and dedicated to helping my clients build wealth through real estate and providing the best experience possible while doing so.

  • I worked with Emily to sell a piece of family property.  It was an investment property that we had to sell due to the death of a family member.  I would definitely use her again.  It was a wonderful experience and Emily and I have become friends and speak frequently about opportunities for investing in Nashville real estate.

    David Levy
  • Working with Emily was wonderful. Her honesty was priceless. I knew that any question I asked or any concerns I had, I could trust her response and advice.  My transaction was as a first-time home buyer. I would definitely use Emily again and refer her to my family and friends.  Before Emily, I worked with two other realtors. I was under the impression that I was only being told what I wanted to hear. It seems as though they would tell me anything necessary to make the sale. With Emily, I could trust that her intentions were in the right place and that she wanted to help me find the perfect home.

    Katie Rice
  • I absolutely would recommend Emily to anyone who is looking for a home.  Emily made the search, pricing negotiations, and closing process easy and simple.  She understands her clients have busy schedules and goes above and beyond to work with those schedules.  It was a wonderful experience for me and my daughter.

    Michele Toungette
  • From the start, I knew Emily and I were going to get along.  She isn’t an “only in it for the sale” realtor.  She was real and honest with me. For months she scoured the market in my price range and in the area I wanted to live.  We looked at many, many houses together. Finally, I landed on a beautiful remodeled older home, thanks to Emily.  She also pushed to have seller include healthy upgrades, such as a radon pump in the basement where levels were high.  This purchase was, by far, the most fun and memorable of all my real estate transactions. I will definitely use Emily again, and I have and will recommend her to friends.  With Emily, I felt like I was her top priority.

    Morgan Bracy
  • Tony called Larry Lipman, a friend, and he referred us to Emily to sell a small piece of farm property we owned near White’s Creek. It turned out a neighbor, with whom we had once before tried to negotiate and ended up at a standstill, called her. Emily very successfully handled the sale. She was an absolute delight to work with, was cheerful, prompt and professional in all our dealings, and made everything as smooth as possible for us, even when my husband had to be out of town during the closing and we had to deal with POAs. We later had her work with our daughter who wanted to purchase a condo in Germantown and again Emily was simply wonderful. We love Emily and would always be happy to refer friends to her or work with her in the future.

    Tony and Nancy Conway
  • Emily Lowe is very personable and very professional.  I would absolutely work with her again and recommend her.  She worked her best for us.  Emily is very straightforward, honest, dedicated, and hard working.

    Rocky Lai
  • Emily is a rare find – the best agent one can hope for. She’s prompt, communicative, wise, and always gracious. She sought out the properties that fit my particular criteria. She generously shared her knowledge of Nashville neighborhoods and services. And she has a great sense of humor. Emily has a very keen sense of Nashville real estate values and what constitutes a fair and favorable offer. I asked Emily to find a very particular kind of investment property, and she turned over every rock. I would ask for her help anytime and recommend her without hesitation.  She’s the best.

    Dan Coleman
  • Working with Emily was amazing. She helped me sell my home and buy a new one. She did a phenomenal job. She found a buyer for me before my home even listed, helped me negotiate on both the buy and the sell, and made sure we got the most out of both sides of the transaction. I have recommended her to friends, family and colleagues because she clarified and simplified a difficult experience. The level of service we received from Emily was perfect!

Market Reports

Why My Clients Work with Me

The American dream involves owning a home.  You may have several homes throughout your life, depending on your ever-changing needs.  These real estate transactions are some of the largest financial investments you and/or your family will make.  Not everyone’s goal will be the same when it comes to purchasing property.

Here are four goals I can help you achieve:

Build Wealth

Building wealth – one of my favorite things to do for my clients!  I use building wealth as my litmus test for myself when it comes to judging my success.  I can honestly say that none of my clients have ever lost money on a property they have purchased with me as their representative.  I even had a client send me a trophy stating I was the best Realtor he ever worked with – and he invests nationwide!  I am able to advise on capitalization rates, cash flow, cash-on-cash returns and 1031 Tax Exchanges.

Upgrade Your Lifestyle

Ready to move up?  I’m right there with you!  Whether you need more (or less) space, a different location, more amenities or just a change in general, I go the extra mile to find the right new place for you!

First Time Home Buyers

Buying your first home can be a daunting and intimidating experience.  You know you want a home, but determining what criteria you want in a home, which part of town, commute time to work, what school district, etc. can feel overwhelming.  I will work closely with you, asking the right questions to determine your preferences and priorities in a home.  I will help you find the home that fits your budget, your lifestyle, your needs and your wants.

Wonderful Past Experience

One way I judge my success is on how many of my clients pick up the phone and call me when they are ready to sell or buy again.  That means everything to me that they trust me enough to go through the process again.

International Buyers

I absolutely love working with clients from all over the world.  I speak French and have studied Chinese.  But more than the real estate, I enjoy learning about many different cultures and lifestyles.  So if you’re not only new to Nashville but new to the US give me a call.  I would love to help you invest in real estate in Middle Tennessee.
